General Group Space Information



Private Courtyard Patio Space: This space is an outdoor courtyard with 4 stone walls and a sliding glass door that separates the space from the main dining room. This space can seat accommodate a maximum of 40 people. It has an all-weather fabric roof that fully encloses it in the winter. The space is heated by space heaters and a fireplace and used for groups all winter. From the end of May through early October the roof is off and you are totally subject to the outside weather. We DO NOT have space to move groups inside for weather from the private space so take that into consideration when booking an outdoor event. 

There is a $50-$100 private space fee and a combined Food and Beverage minimum for evening events, not including 8.26% tax or 20% gratuity, that varies with the type of event and date but ranges from $500-$3000. There is a Guaranteed Minimum Guest Count for private and semi-private space reservations both lunch and dinner which is the final headcount you provide to us. You may be charged $25 (lunch) or $50 (dinner) per person for no-shows on specific guest count events such as a dinner or lunch. The private space requires a deposit to hold the date. The credit card is kept on file and only charged if there is an improper cancellation per terms outlined.

AV in Private Courtyard Patio: There are no televisions in the private space. The background music is the same as the main restaurant but it can be turned off. You can also bring your own portable music and speakers. We have a small 4x4 white projector screen available at no fee upon request. We have NO other AV equipment you must bring your own or contract with an outside carrier. 

Semi-Private Space: We have a semi-private space in the back of the main dining room that has a sheer curtain on one side separating it from most of the main room. It can seat a maximum of 24 people at 3 tables or 20 in one long table. There is not room to stand and mingle, it is for seated events only. We require a $500 deposit (refundable with proper cancelation) to reserve those semi-private tables. There may be a Food and Beverage minimum depending on the type of event and the date. 

No AV in semi-private space: The semi-private space has the same background music as the rest of the restaurant and cannot be turned off. There are no televisions in the space. We do not allow presentations requiring AV equipment for this space.

Mixer/Cocktail Party Menus: Cocktail parties are only allowed in the outdoor private space. Appetizer platters must be ordered at least a week in advance. 

Dinner & Lunch Menus: for dinners and lunches during peak dining hours with over 14 people we require a limited menu. You may choose a menu from our suggested menus or create your own menu from items on our regular dinner menu.

Payment: The group bill must be placed on one check. This single check can be split into as many as 4 payments if multiple parties are paying the bill. 20% gratuity is added to the total bill.

Alcohol: this can be an open bar or it can be limited as directed by the host; such as with drink tokens, pre-selected wines, limited drink menus or selections. We do not do “no-host bars”, separate drink tabs, for groups. We do not allow outside alcohol for group events. You cannot bring in your own wine or any other beverages.

Desserts: Outside desserts such as wedding cakes or birthday cakes must be pre-approved by management with the name of the baker provided and a fee will be charged. No other outside food is allowed to be consumed on premise. Take home goody bags with food that is to be consumed off premise are allowed.
